The Clark House Inn Reservation Policies
The Clark House Inn’s reservation policies are here to help you plan before you book. Please look over these policies and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. After reviewing our policies and booking your trip, make sure you use our helpful guide for planning your visit in Clarksdale. Visit Clarksdale is also a great tool for trip planning!
Cancellations: For single reservations, please contact us at least 2 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. For multiple room or multiple night reservations, please contact us to modify or cancel at least 5 days in advance to avoid a charge for each night’s room and tax to your credit card. You will receive a 30-day and a 7-day advance arrival notice by email.
In the event that you must cancel with less than 2 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made, less a Credit Card processing fee.
Rates & Policies are subject to change and vary during festivals, holidays and special events. We require 30-day cancellation notice for whole-house rentals as well as some holidays and special events.
Common Area Hours: 8:00AM to 10:00PM, or by arrangement with the Innkeeper.
The Innkeeper is not always present at the Clark House. Please contact the Innkeeper to let us know your planned arrival time so that we can be there to greet you when you arrive. The number is 662-621-1632.
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. If you have special needs or circumstances for check in times, please call the Innkeeper to make your arrangements as far in advance as possible.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Smoking: The Clark House is a smoke-free property. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No Pets: Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
Children: We are not able to accommodate children under the age of 13. Some exceptions MAY apply. Please call the Innkeeper to discuss your needs and to make advance arrangements.
In-Room Services: Daily housekeeping service is NOT provided. Housekeepers will visit upon check out. Fresh towels and supplies are available upon request. A refrigerator is available in the kitchen for guests’ beverages and snacks.
Occupancy and Parking: Each room has either a queen or king-size bed. No more than two guests may stay in each room. Our occupancy can vary from ‘just you’ to a full house. The Innkeeper lives within minutes of The Clark House, and is always just a phone call away. There is sufficient parking for our eight guest rooms on the Clark House grounds.
